1. Shipping Duration:

The shipping duration for orders placed typically takes 5 to 8 business days. Please note that this duration is exclusive of processing time.
The processing time for orders varies between 1 to 2 business days. After placing an order, please allow this time for our team to carefully prepare and pack your order before it is shipped.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within India.

3. Shipping Method:

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number through email and/or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.

5. Order Delivery:

If you claim that the package/items are damaged during the transit, contact our customer service immediately for best resolution, also it is mandatory to take unboxing video from start to end without any break to claim exchange of product.

6. Shipping Locations:

We currently ship within India. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at the moment.

7. Shipping Address:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.

8. Delayed Shipments:

In rare cases where uncertain circumstances may cause delays in shipping, we will promptly notify you and keep you informed of the estimated delivery time.
We are not responsible for the delivery delay caused by weather conditions or courier company delay delivery time.
We will share the tracking ID in your contact number/email id, we request you to track the package and contact the courier company for any delays.

9. Split Shipments:

If you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery or due to varying availability. In such cases, we will inform you about the partial shipments and provide relevant tracking details.
